The Public Employment Service (AMS) scores the application against the shortage-occupation list and the qualification, experience, language and salary criteria. We prepare the application, organise translations and document recognition, manage the type D visa and support the residence formalities after arrival — typically 2–4 months.
Details & request →In France, the employer applies for the work authorisation (autorisation de travail) on the official online platform; for roles on the shortage-occupation list the employment situation cannot be used to refuse it. Once granted, the worker receives a long-stay visa serving as a residence permit (VLS-TS) and validates it with OFII after arrival. We build the employer’s file, follow the authorisation and the visa, arrange sworn translations and support the arrival steps — typically 2–4 months.
Details & request →In Italy, hiring a worker from outside the EU runs through the Decreto Flussi quota system: the employer files the nulla osta application with the Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione inside the annual window, the consulate then issues the work visa, and the residence permit (permesso di soggiorno) is applied for within eight days of arrival. We prepare the file ahead of the window, manage the nulla osta and visa steps, arrange sworn translations and support the permesso — the timing follows the quota calendar.
