From selection to arrival
Recruitment starts as soon as we know your roles, numbers and start date. Our team in India shortlists candidates, checks their documents and records a short video profile for each one; you interview online and choose. We then prepare the work-permit file in your country, arrange certified translation and legalisation of the candidate's documents, and take them through the consulate for the long-stay visa. The permit stage is normally the longest part at around 4–8 weeks, and we keep you updated at every step through to arrival and local registration.
